The idea for these prompts came in response to my own need.
I sat down to journal one day feeling tired and flat and wished I had some kind of stimulus to get me going. So when I was feeling a bit more inspired I started writing and thirty prompts came out! I’ve made them nice and pretty for you.
Responding to these journalling prompts is a great way to connect more deeply with ourselves, each other and the rest of nature. It’s so good for our mental and spiritual health, not to mention fuelling our purpose and activism!
