One-to-One Resilience Coaching
I will hold a space where your feelings and worries are validated.
Together we will explore positive coping mechanisms, giving you practical ways to negotiate the climate crisis.
I will support you in caring for yourself, giving you specific tips and exercises to boost your mental health, and supporting you to carve out time for what you need.
I will offer practical suggestions for navigating the emotional minefield of eco-awareness, while helping you to strengthen resilience for what is to come, through a toolkit of techniques.
I will help you re-align with the rhythms of nature, bringing more ease and connection through seasonal suggestions.
We will unpick what adaptation might look like for you and your life, focussing on what you are ready to relinquish and restore in order to feel empowered amidst the chaos and unprecedented change, including what your unique role might be.

- Fortnightly ninety minute meetings with me either online or in person, with practical insight, huge amounts of empathy and some questions crafted specifically for you to take away and reflect on.
- Unlimited email support, plus a weekly email to check in to see how you’re getting on.

We won’t be a good fit if…
You are not aware of the urgency of the climate crisis. This is an offering for those who have woken up, not a space to debate whether there is a climate crisis or not.
You want me to tell you how to live your life. You know yourself better than anyone and are by far the best placed to make decisions. Perhaps you’ve lost confidence in you decision making – I can help with that! But I won’t make choices for you. You hold the wisdom that you need right now. I will help you to access and harness it.
You want me to fix you without putting the work in. You’ve got to want this and be prepared to for it. I won’t lie, it’s going to be tough at times. It will hurt. But I’ve seen what’s on the other side and it is so worth it. I will bring insight, ideas, practical tools and virtual hugs. But you’ve got to show up too, I can’t do it all for you.
You need a space to process the depth of your grief. I don’t encourage exploration of deep or historical emotional content in coaching sessions, which are practical and proactive. I can help by signposting you to places that can meet these needs. If you are keen to work with me in this way, I offer courses of therapy that might suit your situation better.
How much does it cost?
The climate crisis is happening now. The situation is urgent. Making space for your needs to be met and rooting yourself in resilience is a truly transformative experience that allows you to rise into your true potential, not only bringing incredible benefits to you, but also to the earth. I understand that this might feel like a big investment, but I also wholeheartedly believe that it is worth it for the sake of our own sanity and the survival of the planet.
The standard three month package (six calls) is an investment of £495.
As we’re talking global catastrophe here, you may choose more ongoing support. The six month package (twelve calls) is an investment of £895.
I also offer one-off coaching calls which are great for extra support on anxiety-filled days. They are an investment of £100 per ninety minutes.
