About me

Welcome to my website! My name is Lisa – I’m mum to two tiny people and wife to a very tall one, living in South West London with as much simplicity, joy and harmony as we can muster. I’m an HCPC registered dramatherapist, deeply rooted in our natural world. I have let myself be swept away by the tsunami of climate awareness, surrendering to the vast spectrum of feelings – fear, panic, anger, guilt, hope, despair, shame, love. And I have re-rooted myself in the earth by sharing my experience, creative expression and communing with the natural world.

From this my business was born. Climate change isn’t coming, it’s here, and we need to prepare ourselves psychologically. I offer a range of resources that enable anyone to access support regardless of financial circumstances. I support people and groups to remember themselves;

  • as individuals – untangling from outdated stories that bind, freeing people up to trust and follow their intuitive selves
  • as social creatures – strengthening communities and support networks, shifting from “I” to “we”
  • as part of the natural world – reconnecting with the intricate web of life and it’s ancient wisdom

In remembering ourselves in these ways, we find the clarity, purpose, belonging and emotional resilience we need to adapt to a dramatically changing world. And to do our best to bring a new way of living into being.
